2025 3th International Conference on Image Processing, Intelligent Control and Computer Engineering (IPICE 2026) will be held on July 24-26, 2026 in Dalian, China.The primary focus of the conference will revolve around key research areas such as image processing, intelligent control, and computer engineering. The main objective of this event is to provide a platform for experts and scholars actively engaged in computer-related research to facilitate the exchange of innovative research findings and cutting-edge technologies. Furthermore, it aims to promote an understanding of academic development trends, broaden perspectives on ongoing research efforts, strengthen scholarly discourse and collaboration between academia and industry. Ultimately, the conference seeks to facilitate the industrialization of academic achievements within these domains.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of IPICE 2026 will be published in Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 6 pages.
